A stranger session is a photo session with two individuals who have never met before and take photos together. Like a blind date but a little more off-beat.

The nice thing is there is no pressure; it could just be a fun experience or you could find your person.

FAQs about Stranger Sessions

  • Two people who've never met get paired up and meet for the first time on camera, part photoshoot, part blind date. I guide the whole thing.

  • Nope. Most people show up nervous and leave laughing. I'll tell you exactly what to do.

  • Romance isn't the goal or a promise. You're here for the experience and the photos, and anything else is a bonus. However, this is only open to singles.

  • I do the pairing, using your questionnaire answers (vibe, interests, preferences). You won't know who it is until the session.

  • You're never obligated to continue. If the session becomes obviously uncomfortable we can switch the session tone or end it early. However, I would encourage you to give it an actual try because good things often happen right outside your comfort zone.

  • Never from me. If you two want to swap details, that's your choice in the moment.

  • If you can’t be matched right away you will be put on a waitlist.

  • Yes, all sessions will take place in a public place recommended by myself. And I will be there photographing the session and present the entire time slot.

  • You will be posed as a couple for the images but your comfort level is always the top priority. Nothing happens that you haven't agreed to.

  • Totally normal, and honestly it makes for the best photos. I'll give prompts the whole time.

  • Social media, my portfolio, and marketing. You choose tagging approval on the form.

  • Yes, both individuals would be given access to the photos via online image gallery.

  • Yes, it's only used for planning and pairing.

  • Right now, a $25 match fee is required. If you have a match after applying you’ll be invoiced 2 weeks prior to the session.
